It’s a hard situation right now and sad to
see the health care systems being on so much pressure.
People are afraid and media is multiplying
it.
I see so many of my connections saying stay
home or even stay the fuck home, so this could pass and we could get back to
our normal everyday life as it was.
Yes we should stay out of contact from
other people, for the sake of our health systems, but not in the hope to get
back to “normal” as soon as possible.
Take this time to really THINK what put us
in this situation, whether the virus is self-made or it’s from the nature, we
would be SO much better off if our immune systems would be healthier.
I don’t know what the graphs would say
about the % of people die in Covid-19 because their immune system was down from
smoking, health conditions from unhealthy eating habits, air pollution, not
getting enough exercise, I don’t know the numbers, but by the looks of it and
risk groups mentioned – it would be a considerable % for sure! To elaborate from it, the health systems are under so much pressure because of our daily choices.
So please don’t say I want to get back to
the normal life as it was, AIM FOR BETTER!
Acknowledge your daily habits that deteriorate
your body and our planet.
Do you really think vaccine is the magical
thing that would cure everything? So you could go back to eating shit, abusing
your body and trashing the world!!
I am quite sure this is just a rehearsal
for something bigger that will happen in the future, as you see we were not
ready for this one and if we don’t learn from it, we will not be ready for the
next one. Keep a positive mind and know that you as an individual have the
power over your immune system to function well and over the environment you live in,
you just need to break your habits, and that’s the hardest part, excuse is so
easy to find compared to action.
Its easy actually – eat healthy- cut down on processed foods, refined sugar etc. , exercise regularly,
don’t smoke, as much as possible avoid polluting the world, like maybe going
for groceries on foot or bike that is just 10min away or getting your exercise
by biking to work, if home-office works well at quarantine why not to keep it, dont drive to gym-jog, buy local etc.., all these little things are
improvements to avoid a chaos like it is right now.
So my call for all my connections here is -
yes please avoid contact at the moment or minimize it to possible, and aim for
better life after this difficult period, not go back to the same old same old,
that led us to here.
