Portugalis on august puhkusekuu, samuti ka võistlustest, seda kindlasti ka kuumuse tõttu. Seega on mu blogis selline rahulik aeg, trenni teen plaanipäraselt ja seda proovin alati nii ajastada, et keskpäevaks on minu töö tehtud, et ei jääks suure palavuse kätte.
Taaskord inspireeris mind jooksmine, ei tea kust tuli mõte, et võiks joosta, seega panin tossud jalga ja läksin, kavatsen seda nüüd regulaarsemalt teha.
Samuti olen sisustanud oma pärastlõunaid õppides rattast rohkem tunnetama, pedaalid ilma klippidetta ja dirt rattal, seda palju raskem kaalu tõttu õhku hüpatada, kuid areng on silmaga näha ja tunda:)
Kuigi nende erinevate treeningute tagajärjel on valutanud lihased, mis pole nii palju tööd enne saanud, siis sellest pole midagi, vaid hoopis hea meel tegemistest.
August in Portugal is holiday month, also rest from competitions, that also because of the heat. That is why my blog stays quiet, I train as planned and I always try to plan it so that it ends before the midday, so I dont get too much heat.
Again I was inspired by running, I dont know why I thought I want run, but I put my sneakers on and went, I will do that more regular now.
Also I have spent my afternoons by getting more feeling of the bike, pedals without clips and on dirt bike, it is much harder to lift it up the ground, but my progress is felt and seen:)
Although these different activities have made my muscles, which normally dont get so much work, hurt, then that is fine, I enjoy them anyway.
